Bajilaiv Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Bajilaiv (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between users of the Platform and bajilaiv.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. That said, we always strive to present information clearly in Bangla so our Bangladeshi members can easily understand.

Bajilaiv reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant updates, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.

To use bajilaiv's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be voided.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and should be changed regularly.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
• Using your account for corporate purposes or commercial activities is not permitted.

Bajilaiv is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this Platform. We are fully committed to protecting underage individuals from gambling.

Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process is mandatory. KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal or processing a large transaction. One of the following documents is required for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID) — A clear photo of both sides
• Passport — A clear photo of the information page
• Driving License — both sides required

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process. We may request additional documents if needed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The specified wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (cashback excluded).
• Bonus balance can only be used on designated games or bets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bajilaiv reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Account verification is mandatory to access bonus benefits.

Bajilaiv has specific rules governing betting and gaming that all members are required to follow. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and transparent environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bajilaiv reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error or technical fault.
• For any disputes regarding match or event outcomes, the decision of the relevant international sports authority is final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, bajilaiv reserves the right to correct or void the affected bets.
• Betting limits are set individually for each market. Any bet that exceeds the limit will not be accepted.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting loopholes in the system is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Involvement in any of them may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating fake accounts or using others to claim bonuses.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Manipulating the system using software, bots, VPNs, or any other method.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Using Someone Else's Account: Using another person's account, with or without their permission.

Bajilaiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification. However, bonus balances and pending wagers cannot be withdrawn.

• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your balance may be forfeited.
• You can submit a request to reactivate your account through the support team.
• Accounts self-excluded for Responsible Gaming reasons cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
